The brief Bolsena Circuit was to design a golf course holiday home for a Korean family to enjoy whilst visiting Australia. The idea was to wrap the pool around the dining area with a central courtyard providing light and views to the golf course beyond. A double storey void and mezzanine was added for dramatic effect. The roof was given a low pitch and featured a flat roof tile profile to strengthen the pavilion aesthetic synonymous with resort housing.
